GOOD FOR ME.

I've basically wanted braces all my life and as a side effect of not ever getting them I was ridiculed most of the days of my childhood... As I grew up the awareness of the crooked teeth wore off and I'd just accepted it as final and only remembered the flaw when I met someone new or when a small child insisted I looked like the Easter bunny. Well I've taken the jump and now I feel self conscious ALLLL over again.

The orthodontist was insistent that I have a tooth on the bottom removed because my jaw would surely not be able to house all the teeth I had if they were straight. I was so pumped up about this after getting my braces on that immediately upon leaving the orthodontist I called up my dentist and requested the soonest appointment they had available. The receptionist told me I could have it removed at 2 o'clock that very same day! I did it. I regreted that decision for a couple days and now I look like a hillbilly.

In three months I get the bottom braces put on. I'm very excited for this all to be over and it's just started.
